Bacha Coffee, a famous Marrakech-born coffee brand, has opened its first Japan flagship store in Tokyo's Ginza district. Our reporter braved the lines to see if the luxury coffee experience is worth the high price tag.
Bacha Coffee's new Ginza store offers a unique, albeit pricey, coffee experience. Expect to find a wide range of coffee beans and drip coffee, with some tins reaching exorbitant prices. The cafe also serves pastries, including a highly-rated croissant, alongside their signature coffees.
While a regular coffee might not break the bank, some exclusive brews can cost upwards of ¥20,000. The coffee is served with vanilla bean Chantilly cream and a sugar stick, allowing you to customize the flavor. Takeout customers can enjoy their coffee at a dedicated corner in the back of the store, or in the cafe on the second and third floors.
Located in Ginza, the store is easily accessible and open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you're looking for a luxurious coffee experience in Tokyo, Bacha Coffee might be worth a visit, especially if you appreciate high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail.
